Right now I am attending classes at San Jose City College. I have to get my general ed. done! I cannot put it off, or slack off, any longer!

I have finally decided upon where I would love to transfer: Laguna College of Art and Design (LCAD). They offer an amazing animation program that focuses on a strong foundation in 2D animation (which is what I would want to major in). Their animation department is also connected to Disney, Pixar, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon...to name a few.

This is a really excited step for me because I have been saying that I will be attending SJSU for years now. They have a great animation program too--I just wasn't excited about it. I believe that this decision is the push I have needed to get my act together in school and art. I look forward to what this school year will accomplish in my academic and art career. I will also be seeing a councilor at my school who can point me in the right direction.

*I am taking a beginning color photography class this semester to help me draw better. I didn't know that I needed B/W photo as a prerequiset so I am just diving head first into learning how to use my camera properly. My teacher is very helpful and understanding. I will be working with film and will be developing my film in our own dark room. *SCARY*

Summer School.

I have been taking one online class...and it has taken over my life. Sorry for the absence. I should be done by the fifth of this month (August). Once that is over, I will have a few summer weeks left over! Yippee! Hopefully I will draw a lot...and paint a lot!

I haven't painted in over a year due to my room being 10x10 and a rental. There is new carpet on the floor and I cannot chance it. I am a klutz: getting paint on the floor is inevitable.

We are moving next Friday (August 7th) to an owned home! My grandparents just bought it and I am so excited. I live with them and it is a lot of fun.

My room is going to be painted and I am going to make it as amazing as I can. I want to have a little drawing section. We shall see. A new desk is definitely in order.

Well, I have a rough draft research paper on obesity - it has to be ten pages long - due tomorrow. Ciao!

Within the last couple of days I have decided to go all organic/natural within my skin/hair products. It is a refreshing change. My skin has been crazy and it has been driving me crazy. I don't know what happened to my skin! I think the chemicals in all of these skin care products are finally being rejected by my body or something...So, here I am after trying multiple products and spending too much money.

This is basically what has been going on in my life! My unending search for something to get my skin back to normal. I still have to go to the dermatologist. Blah.
